Shipping policy

Processing time 

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During certain periods (e.g. Christmas season), a potential delay could occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service delays which is outside of our control.

Custom and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Delivery of orders may be delayed due to customs inspection and awaiting payment for import taxes. We do not responsible for delays due to the customs process.
